Probiotics for the Skin

I’ve never been one to pay much attention to the products I buy. Well … yes … I pay a lot of attention to WHAT I buy, but not what’s hidden on the label. I mean obvi I pay attention to food items, but when it comes to other things, not so much … be it a handbag, a pair of jeans, or in this case, beauty products. I am, however, evolving and as I’ve started down this path of living a more sustainable, conscious life, it’s due time I pay attention to more than what I’m putting into my body, but also what I’m putting on it.

What you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it!

So, I was at an event the other night and a woman told me my skin was radiant. And to be clear, when another woman gives you a compliment like that, it’s not one you take lightly. No offense to the men reading this … I mean, hey, we want you to tell us we are beautiful (Gastro Gabe, are you reading this?) but compliments from another woman are just different. And again, no offense to the men reading this, but in all honesty it’s harder to impress a woman than a man. Yep. It is.

Moving on, a few weeks ago I strolled into Ulta (no, my favorite man did not accompany me) and was dead set on purchasing the same “magical” face cream I always do when this gal started talking to me about the brand I use (which will go unnamed) and asked me if I’d ever tried Tula Skincare products. She went on to explain that their products are clean, toxic-free and completely natural. And I was sold. But wait … do they work?

“We’re built on the belief that the same ingredients which are good for your body are also great for your skin.” ~ Tula Skincare

Yes. Yes they do. I use the face wash, gel tonic, brightening cream and the night cream and I love them all. They feel light and soak in well. And there’s no gross smell. And, so says the “other” woman, my skin is radiant. So there you go. You should try Tula for yourself. I’m telling you, their shit is da bomb! AND THE ENTIRE LINE HAS PROBIOTICS … yep. It just keeps getting better 😉

When a woman tell you your skin is radiant, well, you must be doing something right
