I'm a food writer and editor who's traveled throughout the U.S. in search of fabulous plant-based meals, eco-friendly stays, and much, much more. Here, at, I highlight favorite recipes, favorite eateries, favorite hotels, favorite products, and maybe a few other favorite things too (wink, wink). A journalist by trade, I studied plant-based nutrition through Cornell University and am eager---along with my biggest supporter, Gastro Gabe---to share what WE know and what WE are still learning with the world.
